Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 business days of receiving your order.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
REGISTERED USER
If you made your purchase using a registered account, please submit your request directly from your account within 30 business days of receiving your order:
- Login to your account and enter the "My Orders" section,
- Select the order you want to return/change and click "View Order",
- Check that the information is entered correctly and click the "Request Return" button in the upper right corner.
Complete the Returns form that appears. Indicate which product(s) you want to return and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or Store Credit for future purchases.
UNREGISTERED USER
If you made your purchase as a guest user or without logging into your account, complete and submit the Returns Form within 30 business days of receiving your order or email your specific request to customerservice@nomination.com.
In your request, please be sure to include the recipient's first and last name, the order confirmation number, and the item code(s) of the items you wish to return.
FOR BOTH REGISTERED AND UNREGISTERED USERS
After receiving and confirming your return request, Nomination will send you a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Number. The Return Request Confirmed e-mail must be printed and sent with the product(s) you are returning.
After obtaining the Return Authorization Number, return your product(s) to Online Store Customer Service - XXXCompanyName, XXXCompanyaddress . We strongly recommend that you use a courier service or registered mail to be eligible for a refund from that provider in the event of stolen or lost goods. Return shipping and handling is at your own expense and items purchased online must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. These 14 days will be calculated from the date of the postmark.
After receiving the returned item(s) and confirming that the item is free of any signs of use, wear or damage, our Customer Service Team will contact you and send you proof of the refund as soon as possible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unworn or unwashed
- It must be in its original packaging, with the original tags attached, and must contain a warranty certificate and all original parts/accessories.
- The packaging should not show any signs of wear, scratches or other damage.
Nomination will not accept any product returns that have not been approved by our Customer Service Team and therefore do not have a Return Authorization Number.
It is not possible to return the products specially produced according to your request at the time of purchase.
Nomination will not accept returns that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined in our policy, including used or damaged return items.
If use or damage is found during the inspection of the returned item, you can do one of the following:
- You can accept a discounted refund equal to the reduced value of the returned item
- You can agree to have the purchased item shipped back to you
If you refuse to accept products returned to you, Nomination will withhold the amount calculated as the products and the reduced value of the returned products.
Companyname XXX will not issue refunds for items stolen or damaged during the return process.
